PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a on-line reservation and management system for many types of business which enables a user to make a reservation by retrieving business enterprises of many types of business from a list of information displayed on-line. SOLUTION: This system has a customer terminal which is connected on-line, enterprise terminals which are installed at enterprises of all types of business and browse and manage information, a display means for displaying information including data on the on-line connected customer terminal and enterprise terminals through browsers, a customer input and transmission means which allows the customer to input, retrieve, select, and transmit data on-line and so on, an enterprise input and transmission means which allow the enterprise sides to input, retrieve, select, and transmit data on-line and so on, and database which stores data including a customer table, a store table, a charge table, a reservation table, and a resource table; and data are extracted and so on by referring to the data base according to the inputted and transmitted information. |
