PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton cleaner which enables a sufficient cleaning even for a carton with a deep depth and a large base area, and can be manufactured at a low cost due to its simple structure. SOLUTION: A top-opening box-shaped catch pan part is installed below a top plate having a quadrate opening so as to block the opening, and rod nozzles are installed along the sides of the quadrate opening in the catch pan part. Each nozzle has a plurality of air spout ports along the lengthwise direction. An air supply means for supplying air to the nozzles, and a suction means for sucking air in the catch pan part are installed. A carton is inversely set on the opening with its lid opened. Spouted air flows along from the inner side to bottom of the carton to blow off paper chips adhering to the whole inner surface of the carton. The carton is set in an inverted state, which eliminates a risk of making the blown-off paper chips remain in the carton. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
