PURPOSE: A cyclone dust collecting device is provided to enhance a dust collecting efficiency and prevent a dust or waste from discharging into air exhaust pipe by improving a structure of the cyclone dust collecting device. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone dust collector comprises a first dust collector(10) for collecting primarily a dust or waste using an inertial force, and a second dust collector(20) for performing a collecting of the dust or waste using a centrifugal force. The second dust collector comprises a cyclone body(21) forming a space in which the waste introduced from the first dust collector is moved rotatively, air exhaust pipe(23) for discharging a polluted air into an outside, and a waste discharging port(24) formed at one end(21a) of the body. One end of the air exhaust pipe is arranged in parallel at a central portion of one end(21a) of the cyclone body, and the other end is exposed to exterior.
