<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate communication in a dial network. SOLUTION: A first network system 21 is provided with plural terminal equipment 3 (work stations) having network information controlling parts 6 belonging to at least one of plural preliminarily decided sub-networks, and each sub-network is provided with a central control part 8. At the transfer of information between the two information controlling parts 6, the information is transferred through the central control part 8 of the sub-network to which each information controlling part 6 is belonging. Also, a second network system is provided with plural terminal equipment including information controlling parts, plural processing substituting parts corresponding to each information controlling part, and substitution controlling part for successively applying execution authority to each processing substituting part. Each processing substituting part substitutes information transfer processing to be executed by the corresponding information controlling part while the execution authority is applied.</p> |
