摘要	A measurement device for relative movement measurement between a rotary wheel and a cable comprises a rotary cable wheel (1) about which the cable is laid, a ball bearing (5) by means of which the cable wheel (1) is journalled on a stator (2) and a sensor device (22-24) for determining the rotation of the cable wheel (1) in relation to the stator (2). According to the present invention, the cable wheel (1) has a tubular seat (12) on which the inner ring or race (13) of the ball bearing (5) rests, the stator (2) having retainer means (18, 19) which are fixedly snapped onto the outer ring or race (17) of the ball bearing, and the sensor device (22-24) is located radially inside the seat (12) in a closed space sealed off from the ambient surroundings.
