A data output driver in a semiconductor memory apparatus is provided to increase area margin by scaling down the size of transistors by comprising a power supply part supplying a voltage to a data driving part additionally. A data driving part(310) drives input data and outputs the input data. A pullup part(320) supplies an external supply voltage to the data driving part according to the control of a pullup control signal. A pulldown part(330) supplies a ground voltage to the data driving part according to the control of a pulldown control signal. A power supply part(340) supplies the external supply voltage or the ground voltage to the data driving part according to the potential of the input data.
