PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a good printing quality by eliminating density spots by a printing position. SOLUTION: Intensity data of a laser light digitized to correspond by one to one to printing signals from a superior controller is stored by a storage device. The data is judged from the printing result, rewritten by a data rewrite device and outputted sequentially from the storage device by a VD-CLK during a printing period of time. A potential obtained by converting the outputted data by a DA converter to an analog voltage and a potential obtained by an auto power control which is fixed during the printing period of time are added by an adder. A laser is made to emit light based on the added potential, whereby a laser power during one scanning is varied at an arbitrary position.
