PURPOSE:To simply control the input and output of a storing part according to a first-in first-out system by providing a bit for indicating the validity or the invalidity of data for a storing unit in the respective storing units of the storing part according to the first-in first-out system. CONSTITUTION:The effective bit 5 corresponding to a word in the storing part 1 instructed by an inputting pointer PI2 is examined. When the examined bit 5 is effective, the number of the inputs of the data is more than the number of the outputs of the data, the value of the pointer PI2 reaches the value of an outputting pointer and the storing part 1 is completely satisfied, so that a writing is not carried out. The bit 5 corresponding to the word in the storing part 1 instructed by a pointer PO3 is examined. When the result is invalid, the number of the outputs of the data is more than the number of the inputs of the data, the value of the pointer PO3 reaches the value of the pointer PI2 and the storing part 1 is idle, so that a reading is not carried out.
