The system is used in the construction of emergency temporary or permanent hydrotechnical and coast-protection structures such as dykes and dyke superstructures and slurry ponds, roads across bogging areas, and others. The system consists of an equipment for hydraulic filling including a platform with a chain track driving part (2) on which a housing (1) is fitted with a mounted driving group. Before the housing a bulldozer operating member (3) is mounted and over it - a specialized superstructure (5) in the middle upper part of which there is a section column ending by an airtight closing control cabin (9). Earth-charging pump (6) is mounted on the superstructure the collector of which is connected to a hopper (10) for fractioned aggregate mounted above it and fixed to the section column (7, 8) and the intake member (11) of the pump (6). The bottom depositions collected by a bulldozer after optional addition of aggregate from hopper (26) are forced in the tube for hydraulic filling. The latter consists of two tubes (20, 17) mounted one on top of the other, the upper one being filling (20) and perforated in its lower part with apertures (21) which are arranged at some distance from each other and match the apertures in the upper part of the tube (17) which is being filled under it. 2 claims, 1 figure
