An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag and an RFID system having the same are provided to improve the maximum sensing distance of the RFID tag by changing a receiving direction of a built-in direction antenna. A directional antenna(120) is connected to an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip(122) for storing predetermined information. A reflection plate(140) reflects downward leakage radio waves of the direction antenna. A spacer(130) maintains a gap between the direction antenna and the reflection plate. In the spacer, a groove for receiving the direction antenna so as to be vertical to direction of radio waves is formed. |
