PURPOSE: Reinforcing bar assembly producing method is provided to reduce a constructing cost and a constructing time through mass production by automatically installing a coupler to a crossed portion of each reinforcing bar. CONSTITUTION: Method for manufacturing a reinforcing bar assembly comprises a first process supplying plural first reinforcing bars to a first work position; a second process supplying coupling units to the first work position; a third process cutting the couplers; a forth process installing the first reinforcing bar corresponding to a first clip on a specific position by dropping the cut couplers; a fifth process fixing a first clip guides of the couplers mounted on the first reinforcing bar; a sixth process carrying the first reinforcing bar to a second work position; a seventh process transferring the cut coupling unit to the first work position; an eighth process supplying a second reinforcing bar to the second work position for crossing the first reinforcing bar; a ninth process installing the second reinforcing bar to a second clip; and a tenth process fixing a second clip guide of the coupler having the second reinforcing bar.
