<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate processing, editing, etc., to original contents and to permit the acquisition of all of the original contents on a user side. <P>SOLUTION: A content distribution side distributes data of a musical piece file having music data being the contents and reproduction recommendation point information indicating a reproduction recommendation section within the music data.
