PURPOSE: Provided is a pretreating apparatus for packing agricultural products which washes, dries and sterilizes the agricultural products before packing them. Therefore, the agricultural products are selectively packed by their quality level. CONSTITUTION: A pretreating apparatus for packing agricultural products comprises: a washing chamber; a conveyor of which one end is included in the washing chamber and transfers agricultural products inside the washing chamber; a transfer unit which includes a plurality of chains and rollers to passes the agricultural products through brushing, sterilizing and drying benches; a UV sterilizer which sterilizes the agricultural products; a line dividing conveyor which divides the agricultural products into two; and an electronic selecting bench.
