PURPOSE: A structure of a door latch assembly for use in a flap door is provided to prevent the undesired opening the flap door by double-locking a door striker with a door latch and locking lever. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a door latch assembly for use in a flap door includes a door striker, a latch housing(21), a latch pin, a door latch(23), a fixation pin(24a), a movable pin(24a), a latch rotation controller(24), a locking lever(26), a hinge pin(27) and a torsion spring(28). The locking lever(26) is installed on one side of the latch housing(21) so as to constrain the door latch(23) together with the door striker. The locking lever(26) is elastically rotated by the torsion spring(28) supported by the latch housing(21) and the locking lever(26) with winding the hinge pin(27) penetrating the latch housing(21) and the peripheral surface of the hinge pin(27). |
