PURPOSE:To reproduce directivity in respect of a backward sound as well, and to elevate the attendance feeling, and in addition, to simplify a constitution by controlling the delay time of the respective outputs of a rear left and a rear right speakers according to the height of the relative level of a two-channel stereoscopic input signal. CONSTITUTION:Delaying means 5L, 5R, which delay signals to be supplied to the respective speakers respectively, and in addition, control their delay quantity, are provided between a substracter 2 and the rear left and the rear right channel speakers LR, RR, and the delay time is controlled by the signal from a level detection circuit 7. The detection circuit 7 inputs two-channel stereoscopic input signals L, R from terminals 1L, 1R respectively, and outputs the respective signals of L/R proportion and R/L proportion. Delay controllers 51L, 51R include a delay circuit, and input the difference signal L-R of L and R from the substracter 2. Then, they control the respective delay time of four- channel stereoscopic rear left and rear right output signals according to the signal from the detection circuit 7. |
