PURPOSE: A charging system is provided to reduce the power consumption by charging a battery by using the sun light at a position in which electricity and charging holder does not exist. CONSTITUTION: A power source generating section converts one of a light energy induced from the sun and a radiated heat energy into a predetermined charge to generate a power source. A power source regulating section induces the flow of the power source generated from the power source generating section in one direction, and rectifies the power source to a DC power source. An exterior power source supplying section rectifies and flattens the power source to a DC power source. A switching means detects the current of the DC power source outputted from the power regulating section, and switches one of the DC power sources of the outer power source supplying section and the power source regulating section. An overcharge preventing section applies the DC power source selected from the switching means to the battery and prevents the overcharge.
