OPERATING METHOD OF FLUIDIZED BED GRANULATOR AND THE FLUIDIZED BED GRANULATOR

Provided are an operating method of a fluidized-bed granulator; and a fluidized-bed granulator which can stably and consistently control the detention time of granules in a fluidized bed. The operating method of the fluidized-bed granulator maintains a seed ingredient and an additive ingredient in a floated state by using compressed air in a fluidization chamber to produce a target granule. The operating method of the fluidized-bed granulator comprises the steps of: supplying main compressed air upwards from the lower part of the fluidization chamber; and forming an ascending air current around an additive ingredient spraying part which supplies the additive ingredient from the center of the lower part of the fluidization chamber by using a porous air distribution plate arranged on the lower part of the fluidization chamber, and forming a rotating air current around the ascending air current.
