The present invention relates to a control shaft assembly for a double clutch transmission gear actuator and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a shaft bracket, a control shaft, a control finger and a shift finger. The shaft bracket supports frontward and backward movement of the control shaft. The control shaft has a cylindrical shape, is installed on the shaft bracket to be moved frontward and backward, and is also installed on an input shaft to be rotated and be moved frontward and backward. The control finger has a ring-shape and is fixedly installed on the front side of the circumference of the control shaft. The shift finger is fixedly installed on the rear side of the circumference of the control shaft. The method for manufacturing a control shaft assembly for a double clutch transmission gear actuator comprises a compartment assembling step of assembling the control finger, the shaft bracket and the shift finger to the control shaft; and a swaging step of fixing the control finger and the shift finger to the front side and the rear side of the control shaft. Accordingly, a control shaft assembly for a double clutch transmission gear actuator can easily be manufactured, and the control finger and the shift finger can be fixedly installed to an accurate position of the control shaft. |
