<p>PURPOSE:To readily mount to various engines by a method wherein a coiled spring is provided so that a boot inner terminal and a high pressure tower are electrically connected. CONSTITUTION:When a coil head 2 is coupled to a boot 3, a coil side spring 33 is received into a coil side spring receiving part 321 of a boot inner terminal 32. A length in the spring receiving part 321 is shorter than the coil side spring 33 in a condition that it is not elastically changed. Accordingly, in a condition that the boot 3 is coupled to the coil head 2, the coil side spring 33 is compression-changed within the spring receiving part 321. As a result, it is abutted against a bottom surface 3211 of a high pressure terminal 23 and the spring receiving part 321 to minimize (electric) contact resistance in a contact part. Thus, it is possible to readily mount to an engine in an ignition coil device.</p> |
