<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To superimpose a DC component to an AC output voltage, and to suppress the bias magnetization of a transformer, in a semiconductor power converter of a three phase or a single phase applied with a fixed pulse system. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor power conversion control device is characterized by comprising a bias-magnetization suppression control means 15 which creates a correction value of each three phase of a switching device using a fixed pulse from the three-phase converter transformer 12 which converts the power of an AC output of the three-phase semiconductor power converter 1, and a phase correction means 16 which corrects phases by switching the correction value depending on timing which does not cause switching at all of the three phases. The semiconductor power conversion control device 14 also comprises a pulse pattern generation means 17 which generates a correction gate pattern by adding a correction amount outputted by the phase correction means to a basic gate pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
