An outer rotor type motor is provided to improve work efficiency by manufacturing a stator with a fiber reinforced thermosetting compound of high injection property. An outer rotor type motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator is composed of a stator core and a stator coil. The rotor has a permanent magnet and forms a magnetic field with the stator. A teeth part(20b) of the stator core is thinner than a pole shoe part(23b). The stator core is a single member of a predetermined height and made of a fiber reinforced thermosetting compound or a magnetic plastic. The stator core is formed by integrally molding the teeth part and the pole shoe part. In the stator core, the teeth part is connected to a center of the pole shoe part.
