A replaceable seal (10) for watertight and fire-resistant sliding doors (14), in particular for use on board ships and rigs, which seal is roughly trapeziform in shape, wherein: the short long s ide (15) is intended to lie against one of the arms of the Y-shaped support (12); one (16) of the short sides is intended to lie against the upright of the Y-shaped support (12); the long (17) long side is intended to lie against the fastening devices, preferably in the form of a washer (11) with bolts (13) and nut (19); and the second (18) short side forms the sealing surface of the seal (6) against a door frame. In a preferred embodiment the seal (10) is made of a material that is rubber-elastic, watertight and A0 fire-resistant. |
