SOLUTION: This nipping cutting tool has a nipping and cutting portion 3 comprising a pair of cutting blades 1, 2 at the tip portion. Therein, the nipping and cutting portion 3 is formed so as to form a circular engaging portion 4 between the mutually faced cutting blades 1, 2, when the nipping and cutting portion 3 is opened.
