PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous operation by the influence or a highfrequency magnetic field generated by a heating coil so as to allow an accurate operation, and to improve the follow-up property, by providing a temperature sensor and connection wires near the temperature sensor along the winding direction of the winding of a heating coil. CONSTITUTION:Of thermistors (temperature sensors) 6, 7, and 8, the thermistor 7 is provided at the outermost position, and at about the center of the winding of a heating coil 12, and the thermistor 7 and the parts of its lead wires 7a and 7b near the thermistor 7 are set parallel placing the intervals about 2mm. As a result, these members are made at an even temperature, and they are positioned about at the center of the winding making the magnetic flux density the highest, and the temperature of a top board opposite to the part of the highest temperature of the bottom of the load pot is detected. As a result, the responsibility of the thermistor 7 to the temperature of the part where the temperature of the load pot is the highest is improved, and an overheating in a delicate temperature adjustment or in an accurate load can be prevented. And an error operation by the influence of the high-frequency magnetic field can be eliminated, an accurate operation is obtained, and the follow-up property can be improved. |
