<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the useful life of an incinerator, clean and improve combustion exhaust gas harmful components, by bending a silicon carbide pipe a plurality of times for stowing in a furnace body for introducing combustion exhaust gas discharged from the incinerator and discharging clean gas, and heating the inside of the furnace body to a temperature of a specific range by means of a heating means. SOLUTION: To an exhaust pipe 3 connected to a discharge opening 2 of combustion exhaust gas in an incinerator 1 is allowed to communicate with an entrance opening 5 of the combustion exhaust gas of a furnace body 7 in an exhaust gas cleaning device 4. Inside of the furnace body 7 is stowed a silicon carbide pipe 8 by bending it a plurality of times for connecting the entrance opening 5 and the discharge opening 6 of the combustion exhaust gas. On the wall part of the furnace body 7 is arranged a plurality of gas burners 9 for heating the furnace temperature to a range of 800 to 1400 C. While the combustion exhaust gas is caused to flow through the silicon carbide pipe 8, the combustion exhaust gas is heated by high temperature atmosphere in the furnace body 7 which is heated by each gas burner 9, and discharged from an exhaust pipe 10 as clean exhaust gas decomposed of harmful components such as dioxin.</p> |
