PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip-down warning device which can warn the slip-down of a vehicle at a proper period.SOLUTION: In the case that a gradient of a road face on which a vehicle exists is in a direction corresponding to a shift position, that is, the shift position is a D-position, when a gradient is an uphill gradient which is not smaller than a prescribed value S(%) in a forward direction of the vehicle, the slip-down of the vehicle is warned until a vehicle speed after a start of the reverse traveling of the vehicle goes below a prescribed value V(km/h) being a vehicle speed at which an engine stall occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
