PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the weight lightweight and save the cost. SOLUTION: The nozzle hole 10 of an electrostatic spray apparatus comprises: a nozzle 11 for spraying a liquid, an object to be sprayed, in form of droplets D; a circular part 17 made of a non-conductive material, installed in a manner that the inner circumference is adjacent to the outer circumference of the diffusion range of the droplets D and formed so as to allow the surface to be covered with a continuous membrane S of the liquid by adhesion of the droplets D at the time of spraying; a conductor 18 having a conductive face exposed in a manner of having contact with the continuous film S; and a circular recessed part 23 made of a non-conductive material and formed in a middle part along the face from the circular part 17 to the nozzle 11 and so configured as to prevent current leakage between the circular part 17 and the nozzle 11 by cutting the continuous film S in the middle part. The droplets D are electrically induction-charged by applying voltage relatively high for the liquid to be supplied to the nozzle 11 to the continuous film S through the conductor 18.
