PURPOSE: Provided is a process and equipment for producing a mat member which has blood circulating effect, thermo-keeping property, useful property and feeling as like natural fiber. CONSTITUTION: The mat secondary member is obtained by a process containing the steps of: mixing 20-50% of low denier synthetic fiber with 50-80% of polyester fiber to prepare cotton; inputting produced cotton(3) in two nonwoven fabric rolls(8) to press cotton(3), and simultaneously producing in the shape of nonwoven fabric; transferring nonwoven fabric to a needle punching machine(20); passing nonwoven fabric through two nonwoven fabric rolls(8') to produce nonwoven fabric(4); heating produced nonwoven fabric(4) at the temperature of about 200°C using a gas heater(7); inputting fabric(5) from the other roll; passing heated nonwoven fabric(4) and fabric(5) through a melt-pressing roll(9) to compress and melt-press; and then heating and pressing nonwoven fabric melt-pressed fabric by using a compressing press(30) having a heat equipment(30) to form uneven shape. The heat temperature is 200-220°C for 25-30seconds and the pressure is 10Kg. |
