An injection molding device is provided to move a nozzle pin steadily by moving a piston and to increase the air-tightness of the piston inside. An injection molding device comprises: a nozzle(20) having an inlet port for jetting the molten resin; a nozzle pin(21) opening and closing the inlet port of the nozzle while moving up and down; a resin path(22) having a space for moving the nozzle pin up and down at one side; a piston(23) of cylindrical form moving the nozzle pin up and down; a piston cover(24) in which a guide projection guiding the piston up and down is formed in the bottom side; a housing(25) in which an insertion hole having the guide projection is located in an operating space side; a plate(26) in which an open hole opening an accommodation space of the housing is formed; and a baffle member(27) classifying a hydraulic chamber of the piston into the top and bottom. The lower part of the piston cover is closed to have the hydraulic chamber inside. The baffle member has a first and second fluid supply path to supply the working fluid to the top and bottom area.
