PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet communication system that can surely communicate necessary data while suppressing the packet communication amount and perform proper remote monitoring even when there is a risk that the packet communication amount exceeds.SOLUTION: A packet communication system includes an integrated management unit 53 for acquiring measurement data and set data, and a remote communication unit 62 for communicating measurement data and set data acquired by the integrated management unit 53 to a monitoring center 61. The integrated management unit 53 calculates the total packet communication amount of the measurement data and the set data when emergent communication to the monitoring center 61 occurs, predicts the communication amount of monthly packet data based on the calculated packet communication amount, and performs an adjustment so as to reduce the packet communication amount in regular communication when the predicted monthly packet communication amount exceeds the maximum packet communication amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
