<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a mask having a favorable effect for catching SARS virus and influenza virus breaking out seasonally, having superior purification function of breathing air and superior wearing property and being superior in using cost. <P>SOLUTION: This microfiber mask is provided with a mask body covering at least the mouth and the bridge of the nose of the face of a wearer and closely stuck to the face, a detachable breathing air purifying member covering the mouth and the bridge of the nose and having the dimension smaller than the mask body, and a pair of bands hung around the ears for wearing the mask body on the face. This mask is characterized in that the mask body comprises an inside cloth part covering at least the mouth and the bridge of the nose of the face of the wearer and an outside cloth part sewn with the inside cloth part, the inside cloth part and the breathing air purifying member is a woven pile cloth formed by weaving pile warp composed of microfiber into a foundation tissue formed by weaving weft into warp, the outside cloth is embedded with a core material deformed according to the shape of the bridge of the nose and retaining the deformation, and the ends of the pair of band parts are fixed thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
