Disclosed is a slip ring device of a heating roll having a wireless transmission and reception function. The present invention relates to the slip ring device of a heating roll having a wireless transmission and reception function capable of stably transferring small signal temperature data of a rotating heating roll. The slip ring device of a heating roll having a wireless transmission and reception function according to the present invention is a slip ring device of a heating roll for supplying a power source to the rotating heating roll. The slip ring device of a heating roll comprises: an insulator supporting shaft which is formed in a hollow shape such that a power source line penetrates therein, and supports the heating roll; a pair of inner rings which are inserted into and fixed on an outer surface of the supporting shaft; bearings which are inserted into the outer surfaces of the inner rings, respectively; outer rings which are inserted into the outer surfaces of the bearings, respectively, and rotated along with the heating roll; an inner source line which penetrates the hollow portion of the supporting shaft, and then penetrates a through hole penetrating the surface of the supporting shaft, and is electrically connected with the inner ring; an outer source line whose one end is electrically connected with the outer ring while the other end thereof extends to the heating roll; a cylindrical insulator casing which is rotated along with the heating roll, wherein the outer rings are inserted into and fixed on an inner portion of the cylindrical insulator casing; a temperature sensor to which the power source supplied by the inner source line and the outer source line is supplied, wherein the temperature sensor detects a temperature of the heating roll by using the power source; and a microcomputer control unit including a wireless transceiver which is connected with the inner power source line and the outer power source line within the casing, receives the power source, and transmits or receives the temperature data detected by the temperature sensor wirelessly. According to the present invention, since the power source is supplied into the heating roll by using two bearings, a structure of the slip ring can be simplified and the slip ring can be manufactured easily. |
