PURPOSE:To save electric power by feeding a power to a transmitting device through the contact between a contact of a mechanical lock device and a stationary contact of the transmitting device, and by enabling an electronic lock device to receive a signal at a receiver when a key part is inserted and turned. CONSTITUTION:There are a key means 2 having an oscillator device 3 and a key part 4, a steering device 5 and an electronic lock device 6. Further, the means 2 comprises a battery, a stationary contact 14, an infrared ray emitter 16 and the like and the device 5 comprises a pair of contacts 34, a pair of infrared ray receivers 35 and the like. When the key part 4 is inserted in the device 5 and is then turned, the device 5 is unlocked so as to expose the contact 14. When the key part 4 is further turned so as to make the contact 14 into contact with the contacts 34, an electric power is fed to the means 2. Further, the emitter 16 transmits a remote control signal to the receiver 35, and accordingly, a starter motor or the like in the device 6 is operated. Accordingly, it is possible to save electric power. |
