PURPOSE:To easily and surely detect the size of bubbles or annular molten resin in relation to a film manufacturing equipment by a tubular film process. CONSTITUTION:A film manufacturing equipment is equipped with a circular die 1, a cooling means 15 for cooling annular molten resin to form a tubular film, an ultrasonic wave sensor 110 and a controlling means 9 which controls an air blowing means in response to the outputted signal of the ultrasonic wave sensor. The circular die 1 is provided with the inlet 1a of molten resin, the liplike outlet 1c of molten resin and the air blowing means 7 for blowing air into annular molten resin extruded through the liplike outlet. The ultrasonic wave sensor 110 detects the distance apart from annular molten resin by sending ultrasonic wave toward annular molten resin and receiving ultrasonic wave reflected by annular molten resin. |
