MANUFACTURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDING PROVIDED WITH DIFFERENT KIND OF MEMBER SUCH AS WIRE AND TEMPORARY HOLDING BODY OF DIFFERENT KIND OF MEMBER TO BE USED FOR ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To make a synthetic resin molding provide with a different kind of a member such as a wire manufacturable efficiently, by dissolving or decomposing a temporary holding body of an intermediate molding which is obtained by a method wherein the temporary holding body containing a wire is provided on a non-dissolvable or non-decomposable synthetic resin member. CONSTITUTION:A temporary holding body 7 which is provided with a different kind of a member such as a wire 4 and comprises dissolvable or decomposable resin is established within a cavity 9 of a mold 8. When a non-dissolvable or non-decomposable synthetic resin is cast into a spatial part of the inside of the cavity where the temporary holding body 7 is not in existing, an intermediate molding wherein the temporary holding body 7 is provided on a synthetic resin member is obtained. Then, a part of the temporary holding body main body 5a of the intermediate molding is made to be dissolved or decomposed, the temporary holding body main body 5a is made to disappear and the different kind of member such as the wire 4 is exposed. Consequently, a synthetic resin molding on which the different kind of member such as the wire 4 is laid is obtained.
