PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve waste processing which considers landscape and security.SOLUTION: A sensor control part 11 is provided on a refuse collection box into which waste is discarded. The sensor control part 11 comprises: an authentication part 20; a locking part 21; a refuse amount detection part 22; and a communication part 24. The authentication part 20 authenticates a person who is permitted to use the refuse collection box. The locking part 21 releases locking of the refuse collection box when the authentication part 20 authenticates that the person is permitted to use the refuse collection box. The refuse amount detection part 22 detects a refuse amount of the refuse collection box. A control part 23 and the communication part 24 determine whether or not a period of collecting refuse in the refuse collection box comes soon, based on the refuse amount detected by the refuse amount detection part 22, then, when it is determined that the period of collecting refuse in the refuse collection box 30 comes soon, send a notification signal to a server 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
