PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for water electrolysis which can suppress electrolytic water from becoming black muddy and can also reduce overvoltage and a device of producing electrolytic water using the same.SOLUTION: An electrode 1 is for producing electrolytic water by electrolysis of water 3.
