<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device having a smaller size than a conventional power generation device 61 which has a greater length L and poor user-friendliness because a vibration means 62 linearly extends and the vibration means 62 and an operation means 64 are arranged in one line. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation device comprises a vibration means 2 having one arm portion 2a and the other arm portion 2b vibratively extending from a supported intermediate portion 2d to free ends, an operation means 4 having an input part 13 and an output part 14 for outputting operating energy E input to the input part 13 from the output part 14 to one arm portion 2a of the vibration means 2 to vibrate the vibration means 2, and a generating piezoelectric element 3 to be beaten by the vibration of the other arm portion 2b of the vibration means 2 for generating power. Both arm portions 2a, 2b of the vibration means 2 are arranged so that their center lines C1, C2 along the extending directions of the arm portions cross each other at an internal angle of 90° or less or the center lines C1, C2 are lined in an isolated and opposed condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
