The device has a load transducer (325) for detecting the measurement force with two parallel parallelogram control levers (307,319) connected to the load transducer and to a fixed part, a force transfer lever (326) and a measurement transducer for producing a signal corresponding to the measurement force. The load transducer, the parallelogram control levers, the fixed part and the lever are made from contiguous material regions of a square material block (300).
