PURPOSE:To make possible the automatic and unattended molding of a frame and the reduction of manhours for cost cut by forming an introduction aperture, inserting a stay into this aperture and fixing both frame and stay using an ultrasound welding technique, after the blow-molding of the frame. CONSTITUTION:Only a hollow frame 3 is molded using a plastic material. During this blow-molding, at least, two recessed parts 5 are formed so that an inner space becomes large enough to meet the thickness of stays 1, 2. Further, a swollen part 7 which becomes an introduction aperture 6 by cutting the lower face side or the lower entire length of the frame 3 is formed. Next, the introduction aperture 6 is formed by cutting the swollen part of the frame 3 which is blow-molded. The stays 1, 2 are introduced into the frame 3 through the aperture 6, so that the stays come into contact with or come close to the other side facing where the inner surface of the recessed part 5 and the recessed part of the frame 3 are not formed. Finally, the recessed part 5 of the frame 3 and a part opposed to the recessed part 5 are pressed against the stays 1, 2 and are fixed to the frame 3 using an ultrasound welding technique. |
