PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the correctness of refrigerant quantity in a refrigerant circuit by accurately acquiring the refrigerant quantity dissolved to refrigeration oil within a compressor. SOLUTION: The air conditioner 1 comprises the refrigerant circuit 10, a refrigerant quantity computing means, and a refrigerant quantity determination means. The refrigerant circuit 10 is formed by connecting the compressor 21, an outdoor heat exchanger 23, indoor expansion valves 41 and 51, and indoor heat exchangers 42 and 52. The refrigerant quantity computing means computes a refrigerant quantity in the refrigerant circuit in consideration for dissolved refrigerant quantity Mqo that is the refrigerant quantity dissolved to the refrigeration oil within the compressor, based on an operating state quantity of refrigerant carried in the refrigerant circuit 10 or constituting equipment. The refrigerant quantity determination means determines, based on the refrigerant quantity computed by the refrigerant quantity computing means, the correctness of refrigerant quantity in the refrigerating circuit 10. The refrigerant quantity computing means further computes the dissolved refrigerant quantity Mqo based on an operating state quantity containing at least the atmospheric temperature outside the compressor 21.
