PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely dislodge formed parts before an upper die is separated from a mold by supplying a pressurizing gas between the formed parts and the margin part communicating with the forming surface of the upper die when the formed parts are fixed to the upper die at the time of separating the upper die. SOLUTION: A base plate 21, holder ring 26, positioning ring 27 and mold 25 constituting a forming die unit 20 are respectively provided supplying routes of the pressurizing gas consisting of with a gas supply passage 40, a gas introducing passage 41, an introduction side communicating passage 42 and gas ejection passage 43. The forming die unit 20 is transported to an upper die insertion and removal section after press forming of the glass blank and the nozzle 52 is connected to the gas supply passage 40 disposed at the base plate 12 in the step of separating the upper die 23. The pressurizing gas from this nozzle 52 is supplied to the gas supply passage 40. The pressurizing gas is eventually concentrically ejected toward the boundary part between the upper die 23 and the lens formed parts 31 from the gas ejection passage 43. The formed parts 31 are peeled from the upper die 23 by this pressure.
