PURPOSE: A time periodic micro-precise pulsatile flow generating apparatus is provided to adjust the period and amplitude of a pulsatile flow implementing a perfect sinusoidal and to provide the forward pulsatile flow and the forward/backward pulsatile flow. CONSTITUTION: A time periodic micro-precise pulsatile flow generating apparatus includes a liquid container(3), a rotational motion apparatus, and a micro-channel(6). The liquid container is filled with a liquid. The rotational motion apparatus rotates at a regular angular velocity. The micro-channel is connected to the rotational motion apparatus. A pressure difference, which is periodically varied by the rotation of the liquid container, is generated at the micro-channel according to the rotation of the rotational motion apparatus so that the micro-channel implements a sinusoidal pulsatile flow. The liquid container is connected to one end of the micro-channel with micro-channel inflow tubing.
