HALF-BRIDGE TURN-OFF SLEWING-RATE CONTROLLER USING SINGLE CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: To provide in a simple structure a half-bridge output stage capable of controlling a slew rate. CONSTITUTION: Plural integrated stages share a single capacitor C, and a terminal is switched on by two switches S1 and S2 for the output stage. The single capacitor is shared by two structurally similar integrated stages which are respectively used for driving two complementary output transistors PU and NU, thereby controlling the slew rate during a turn-off phase is controlled.
