PURPOSE:To provide a production process and a machine system for producing KAMABOKO molded on a plate piece where plural layers of the raw materials are formed and bonded to each other so that a relatively hard skin is formed on the interface. CONSTITUTION:A bar plate 10 for KAMABOKO is fed onto the belt conveyer 12 one by one with pusher 15 and KAMABOKO raw paste is extruded from the center nozzle 18 onto the plate in a half-cylinder form. The extrudate is blown with hot air from the 1st blower 17, and the second raw paste is extruded from the intermediate nozzle 18 onto the half-cylinder product in a half-cylinder form, then blown with hot air from the second blower 19, further the third raw paste, from the outer nozzle 20 in a half-cylinder, and blown with the 3rd blower 21. Finally the plate is cut with a cutter 22 in a desired length of KAMABOKO. |
