PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately measure a distance between two points even when one of the points for measurement is a virtual point, and to improve measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: The dental measuring implement for measuring a distance between two points which are a first measurement point positioned on the front side of a residual ridge and a virtual second measurement point positioned at the back of the residual ridge in the cross direction of the residual ridge inside an oral cavity comprises: a main body 11 of a prescribed length disposed over the cross direction of the residual ridge; a bar-shaped first locking part 12 projected on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the main body 11 and locked to the mucosa turning part of the first measurement point; and a planar second locking part 13 projected on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the main body 11, locked to a pair of prescribed parts positioned at the left and right back of the residual ridge, disposed between the prescribed parts and made to pass through the second measurement point.
