Provided is a method for manufacturing a photodetector, comprising the steps of: preparing a substrate having an anode in a chamber; forming a hole transport layer on the anode by supplying a first organic matter source; forming a perovskite light reaction layer on the hole transport layer by supplying a first perovskite source and a second perovskite source in the chamber; and forming an electronic transport layer on the perovskite light reaction layer by supplying a second organic matter source in the chamber; and forming an anode on the electronic transport layer. The present invention is designed to provide a photodetector and its manufacturing method with an excellent light reactivity.
