The invention refers to a nonalcoholic beverage claimed in 4 variants. The beverage, according to the invention, contains in different qualitative and quantitative ratios the following components: carrot, beet, pumpkin, apple, tomato, peach, black-current, plum, sour cherry, raspberry and sea buckthorn sauces, as well as unclarified cheese whey, sugar, citric acid, salt. The result consists in increasing the nutrient and biological value of the beverage.
