摘要 An organic EL(Electro Luminescent) device capable of extending lifetime of light emitting layer, manufacturing method thereof, and electronic device are provided to reduce an effect that a degradation of a hole transport layer affects a light emitting layer by forming a hole transport layer protective layer between the hole transport layer and the light emitting layer. An organic EL device(1) comprises a plurality of light emitting devices. Each light emitting device comprises an anode(12), a cathode(26), a light emitting layer(20), a hole transport layer(16), and a hole transport layer protective layer(18). The light emitting layer is arranged between the anode and the cathode. The hole transport layer is arranged between the anode and the light emitting layer. The hole transport layer protective layer is arranged between the hole transport layer and the light emitting layer. A plurality of light emitting devices includes a first to a third light emitting device. A first light emitting layer of the first light emitting device emits a red color. A second light emitting layer of the second light emitting device emits a blue color. A third light emitting layer of the third light emitting device emits a green color.
