PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic which has excellent storage stability and spreadability to the skin and can enhance smoothness and moisture retention of the skin while suppressing the friction, oiliness and stickiness of the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic which comprises the following components (A) to (E): (A) a sodium acrylate/acryloyl dimethyltaurine copolymer, (B) one or more selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyethyl cellulose and a hydroxymethyl cellulose, (C) one or more selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide and zinc oxide, (D) an oil agent and (E) water, in which the content of the component (A) to the whole oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic, the content of the component (D) to the whole oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic and the mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) in the oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic are in a specific range, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
